Health center is open for all children. We are open year round, Monday-Friday from 7:30-4pm. We are closed on holidays and weekends. If you would like to schedule an appointment for your child or have any questions or concerns, you may call the Center Line Health Center at (586) 576-4038.
All children, regardless of whether or not the family has insurance, will be served. If a family has insurance, it will be used, but no co-pay will ever be collected. Our goal at Ascension School Based Health is to improve the physical health and well-being of the students through our services at Center Line High School. To receive services, all students must have parental consent forms on file. Consent forms can be found at Ascension consent form link.
